Who's behind this
I'm Wilson. I've spent 10 years in Singapore's F&B industry as an operator, advisor, marketer, and investor.
I helped set up Hans Im Glück Singapore from before their first rental to five outlets. I was part of bringing Tan Yu (探鱼), a grilled fish chain with 400+ outlets in China, to Singapore. Over the years, I've worked with more than 50 F&B businesses across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
